The Form of Breath
The Form of Breath is an ongoing artistic research project rooted in martial arts–based movement practices. Originating from sustained work with posture, breath, and disciplined attention, the project explores how movement becomes gesture, and how gesture unfolds into artistic form.
Through exhibitions, workshops, and participatory experiences, the work investigates embodied regulation, health, and lived spirituality. These processes give rise to concrete artistic outputs—installations, visual works, moving images, and experiential formats—where art emerges as the visible and material expression of embodied practice and attentive presence.
